Thanks for checking out my brand new blog, Tonguetwistedink.com!
I know it may not look like much right now, but this current “not-so-inspired” look will not be around for long. Give it a week or two and things will be looking pretty snazzy around here.
Let me say a thing or two about this blog I’m starting.
The name Tonguetwisted Ink is wordplay on my stutter, something I’ve scrapped with for a long time. I don’t count it a weakness. I count it a unique perspective. A challenge. A story to tell.
I’m Francois Goudreault Jr., also known as Francy, @hellofrancy, that guy who sings in that band, and so on.
I write songs, I play in a band called Hello Kelly, I love movies, and some (very) select TV shows. I have a stutter, I’m a follower of Christ, I’m an aspiring screenwriter and I drive a giant van. I’m 24, single and always on the move.
I’m launching Tonguetwistedink.com as a blog: a window into my life, a speech bubble from my mouth, an update from my road.
On this blog, you can expect to read about: things I’m thinking about, adventures I’m having, ideas I’m developing or movies/shows/concerts I’ve seen – all framed through the perspective of a humble wordsmith grappling with a twisted tongue, living away from home and chasing a dream in music.
I won’t feel pressure to post on any kind of schedule; when I’ve got something I think you’ll appreciate or enjoy reading, I’ll post it.
In time, Tonguetwistedink.com may evolve into something more: maybe a showroom for my fiction and screen writing aspirations, maybe the hub of a content writing company, maybe an online destination for youth who struggle with a stutter like mine.
But for now, it shall remain a blog: documenting my move to Nashville, capturing my feelings of terror and excitement, conveying the adventure of recording a new Hello Kelly record, and (as is to be expected) much more. Please check back often and leave comments too!
I’m already excited to keep posting …

I stumbled on your blog not too long ago I’ve been reading it almost non-stop since then (although I’ve sort of been going backwards through it to get to here, the very start) and I absolutely love it. I also checked out Hello Kelly and bought one of your albums because I loved that, too. Basically, I just wanted to tell you that what you’ve written (songs, blog, all of it) is really, really great and I hope that you keep doing it for a long time.
